What is your refund policy?
Subscription and Refund Policy
When you purchase a subscription to the App, or website, including any digital download, special event, or paid video content, please be aware that refunds are not provided. You have the freedom to cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or for members choosing to discontinue their membership.
No refund, credit, or partial reimbursement will be given for any missed shows, delayed releases, or unavailable content. No refunds period. By subscribing, you acknowledge that all shows, events, or other content may be subject to scheduling changes or unforeseen circumstances.
Usage Guidelines
You may use the Site only for your own noncommercial personal use and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for your own communications, including the transmission, uploading, or posting of information and are responsible for the consequences of such communications to the Site. Prohibited uses of the Site include, but are not limited to:
Posting materials that infringe on intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
Posting inaccurate, untrue, or non-personal information.
Engaging in unlawful activities or conduct that could be considered a criminal offense.
Attempting to breach the Site’s network security.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
Additional Terms
Additional terms and conditions may apply to certain products, orders, or your use of certain portions of the Site, including with respect to ordering, shipping, and return policies, and membership reward programs (“Additional Terms”). These Additional Terms are part of these Terms by reference. In case of conflict, the Additional Terms shall prevail.
Membership Eligibility
The Site is accessible to registered users who are 18 years or older and who have not been suspended or removed by High Vibe TV for any reason (“Member”). We reserve the right to revoke your membership at any time for any reason, including a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law.
Product Information; Limitation on Quantities
We strive to ensure that information on the Site is complete and reliable. However, certain information may contain errors, which we may correct without liability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by Members and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.
Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge that the content (except for content submitted by Members), materials, text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other elements available on the Site are the property of High Vibe TV or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to use this content in any unauthorized manner.
Submitted Content
High Vibe TV does not claim ownership of materials you make available through the Site. By submitting any materials, you grant High Vibe TV a perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, distribute, and modify such materials. You warrant that you have full rights to grant this license and that the materials do not violate any rights.
Recurring Billing
By starting your High Vibe TV membership, you authorize recurring monthly membership fees at the current rate. The amount billed may vary due to promotional offers or plan changes, and you authorize us to charge these varying amounts.
Free Trials
Your High Vibe TV membership may start with a free trial for a specified period. Free trials are for new and certain former members only and may not be combined with other offers. You will not be notified when your free trial ends and the paid membership begins.
Content Availability and Missed Shows
1. No Guarantee of Specific Shows or Episodes. While we strive to produce, publish, and offer a variety of shows and content, we do not guarantee that any specific show, episode, or segment will always be available or published on time. Scheduling changes, production delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in delayed or missed content.
2. No Entitlement to Missed Content. If any show or segment is not produced, not posted, or missed for any reason, you understand and agree that you are not entitled to receive it retroactively. We will make reasonable efforts to offer new or replacement content, but we make no guarantees or warranties of availability.
3. No Refund or Compensation for Unavailable Content. You expressly agree that missing, delayed, or discontinued shows do not grant you any right to a refund, credit, or compensation of any kind. By continuing to use or subscribe to High Vibe TV, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding content availability.
